Account Manager

 

We're on the hunt for our next superstar Account Manager to join our team, working across a number of exciting clients.

We're an award-winning social media agency based in the UK, who work with brands such as The British Heart Foundation, Star Alliance, Lindt, Linda McCartney Foods, Toyota and The Royal British Legion, amongst others.

Our team is a friendly mix of strategists, creatives, account managers, media planners and analysts - all with one goal: creating work that wins people's time on social media, in the most exciting ways possible.

As our new Account Manager, we will need you to be:

  • Knowledgeable in all things social and digital marketing. You know your Instagram Stories from your Instant Experiences, can rattle off examples of social best practice and have a point of view on the latest campaigns and trends.

  • A self-starter: You have an entrepreneurial attitude to work, enjoy running your own projects, finding solutions to challenges when they crop up and pulling in the right people to create the best result.

  • Able to handle a number of projects and tasks and to balance priorities vs deadlines.


As our new Account Manager, we will need you to have:

  • 2 To 3 Years Experience in a client-facing agency role managing social and digital campaigns for well-known brands.

  • A good understanding of best practice client servicing, from relationship building to client management, expectation setting, communication and correspondence.

  • Experience managing timelines, estimates, budgets and invoices.

  • The ability To Be organised and manage priorities.

  • Good command of English.

  • And above all else, you’re passionate about content and social media marketing.


Experience:

  • Social Media Marketing: 2 Years.

  • Client servicing: 1 Year.

  • Agency: 1 Year.
