THE CHALLENGE

Find a way for Dyno, the UK’s largest plumbing network, to meaningfully connect with people through Twitter.

THE AUDIENCE INSIGHT

Although plumbing isn’t usually the dinner party topic of choice, when something goes wrong, it’s the most important thing in the world. We listened to online conversarion and identified a real opportunity for Dyno that the competition had missed. Every day people were reporting their plumbing problems on Twitter, providing opportunities for Dyno to make a connection and identify new sales leads.

THE EXECUTION

We created a series of bright and fun helpful 6 second Vines that addressed the three most common household plumbing problems. They were then targeted to people in their time of need using keyword listening.

THE RESULTS

  •  Over 7,500 people saved so far from plumbing strife
  •  Very high 12.5% conversion to sale ratio
  •  Increased brand mentions by 86% whilst increasing positive brand sentiment and decreasing negativity more than any other network
