The challenge

The BBC asked us to help engage people on Twitter around the highly successful Life Story series aead of the DVD launch.

The audience insight

Online conversation surrounding the programme showed that many people had questions about the making of Life Stories.

The execution

We hosted live tweet-in with the show's producer, Mike Gunton, who had all the answers for the curious audience. To ensure maximum exposure we reached out to influential fans of the show.

  • Reached 660k accounts with 1.4million impressions (organic)
  • Record number of enquiries to @BBCShop, who sell the DVD
